We are back again

Hello, I am Meine Tekema and I am bringing Radio Southern Skies back to life.

I began this radio station about in 2017 as a country music station and providing news and information about and for Gippsland, the area I live and have spent my life . It operated for about a year before I closed it down due to work commitments and not having a viable way of generating revenue for the station.

Well I am back ready to return to the internet airwaves with the return of Radio Southern Skies, and when established, programming of a similar nature as before but changed a little to provide broader appeal and to satisfy other objective such as a stronger financial footing.

I am currently in an establishment phase, piecing together all the parts that make up a radio station operation. This includes a website, radio station programming, permits and all the other bits and pieces that constitute a whole.

Programming

Introductory programs at the moment will only be a one hour program once a week.
